Ms. Wendland does an excellent job. In my opinion, the key aspects of working with Kathleen Wendland that benefit both the seller and all interested parties are: - One contact person - fast communication channels - Good availability and quick feedback - She puts her heart and soul into her properties and customers. In my specific case, she did far more and spent far more time than would be expected of any other estate agent. She even maintained contact with the respective construction managers during construction work and did a lot of the correspondence work for me when I couldn't be there myself. - Complete trust: The property is in the best hands with Ms. Wendland and the customer care as well as the contact is excellent and at the same time always professional. - Can put herself in the shoes of both the seller and the buyer. - Prioritizes the interests of the seller and buyer over her own intention to close a deal. Kathleen is definitely not a 0 8 15 realtor. I was most impressed with her efforts in photographing the property. She "refurnished" our apartment at no extra cost in collaboration with an interior designer and took unique pictures. We were even able to use these pictures in the beginning for the purpose of the original vacation rental. Kathleen was almost always available and informed us about all the necessary steps during the sales process. This also included her independently clarifying open questions with the notary, administration and other parties involved. Finally, I am impressed by Kathleen's knowledge of human nature and empathy. I was able to experience how she dealt with interested parties and found the right words for everyone.
